Middle and high school students are welcome to attend The Kitchen experience.

The kitchen is a magical space where transformation takes place. It is the place where the bounty of the county comes together. With knives, fire and time, we take raw materials and transform them into life-giving sustenance. This sustenance is not only physical but is emotional, spiritual and communal.

In this three-part class, we will build our skills from the ground up. We will learn about the Saint James kitchen, knife skills and how to prepare a dish from scratch.

The Kitchen meets on three Sundays from 11:30 – 12:30 PM in the Parish House kitchen

October 17th ~ November 14th ~ December 12
