During the past century, many Christians have become profoundly interested in the Zen Buddhist tradition, and some Christian priests have even become Zen Masters while remaining priests. Term 3 of the 2024 Mercy Seminar will look at the way Christians have come to understand Zen Buddhist teaching and practice, as well as the way Zen Buddhists have come to understand Christianity.
