Explore food from the West African Diaspora in an intimate, hands on setting that focuses on dishes and ingredients created and cultivated in West Africa and the Americas. As we prepare the dishes with Chef Oliver, we will pay homage to those who created them recognizing them for their contributions to the culinary world.

The menu includes plantain black bean soup, peanut butter chicken, coconut cilantro rice, banana pudding and West African ginger pineapple juice. (BYOB)
