Opportunities to Learn New Spiritual Disciplines
In addition to our weekly meditation services and learning sessions, we have additional times and events to broaden your spiritual foundation.
Seasonal Sit Spot Meditations: Sometime during each of the four seasons, we travel to a nearby farm to spend a couple of hours simply sitting and noticing our surroundings, paying attention to how God may be speaking to each of us through the wonder of his creation.
Yoga: Throughout the year, we offer weekly yoga sessions in Hatha and Iyengar yoga helping individuals to connect their bodies to their spiritual journey in preparation for more meaningful meditation.
