Hatha Yoga Classes
One path to a quiet mind
Often forgotten in the pace of modern life, classical Hatha Yoga teaches us how to connect specific ways of breathing with gentle movement of the physical body to relax the mind and the body in preparation for sitting and the stillness of meditation.
Led by Roberta Strickler 500 E-RYT, these classes are designed to focus on breath, movement, and stillness as a path to wellness and contentment. Alignment and balance are also emphasized.

A donation of $15 per class is requested.
Gift certificates are available.
Six-week cards are $75. ( $12.50 per class).
