Fairy Strenck, Instructor
About five years ago, Fairy discovered yoga during a challenging period in her life. It has been a transformative gift for her, leading her to travel to Bali, Indonesia, in the spring of 2024 to obtain her 200-hour trauma-informed yoga teacher certification from the School Yoga Institute.
Now, Fairy spends her days teaching yoga to children, elders, and everyone in between in various settings. When she’s not teaching, she leads support groups, works at the YWCA Lancaster’s Sexual Assault Prevention and Counseling Center, conducts Reiki sessions, or creates poetry. She teaches from the heart and looks forward to guiding her students in deepening their connection to their true home: the body.
