Silent Retreat Weekend

A contemplative retreat
for restoration and renewal

“For God alone my soul in silence waits;
truly, there is my hope.” Psalm 62:6

Join a small group from Saint James and other faith communities who long to begin the season of Lent together in silence, stillness and simplicity.

This two-day retreat allows you to take a break from the regular routine of your everyday life – to rest, renew and reconnect with the God who loves you. The weekend is very spacious, allowing you to notice and choose the ways you desire and feel called to connect with God and yourself. During the 36 hours of silence there are opportunities for daily prayer, meditation, reading, individual spiritual practices and walking along nature trails. Naps and simply resting are encouraged, too! Come and see how the God of refuge longs to care and connect with you!
