Wisdom Way of Knowing

With Marcella Kraybill-Greggo

Tuesday, April 21, 2020

Set aside the day to relax, recenter and rejuvenate.

Join us on April 21 via Zoom for Wisdom Way of Knowing. The day will begin with gathering, centering, gentle body movement and chant.

Marcella will review each center of knowing: heartbody and mind and will also share a Cynthia Bourgeault video on bringing all three centers together. If you are new to practicing self care, this is an easy way to get started.

DATE & TIME

April 21, 2020, 10 AM – 3 PM

SCHEDULE

Session One (morning): Cynthia Bourgeault video clips from her Wisdom Way of Knowing Introductory Wisdom School, focusing on what it looks like when we bring all three knowing centers together.

Lunch:
Noon until 1 PM

Session Two (afternoon): We will work with various wisdom tools and practices that help access and integrate each center of knowing into a unified whole/integral way of knowing. Three centering practices will be introduced and engaged that can be integrated into daily life.

Session Three (afternoon): We will engage the wisdom practice of lectio divina. Together we will listen for how the text resonates through the integration of all three centers of knowing.
