Contemplative Citizenship

Reflections and prayer practices to help us hold convictions
and reduce divisions

Held on consecutive Tuesdays for 6 weeks before the 2024 general election, the Contemplative Citizenship series, led by Fr. David Peck, opened with his thoughts and reflections on topics related to common fears and anxieties about the upcoming election. He then introduced a democracy-strengthening idea or practice followed by a discussion on contemplative citizenship. Each session presented a practice that can be implemented in one's own way, regardless of political perspective.
