Yoga at Home is a collection of pre-recorded yoga classes offered through Urban Well Yoga Studio at Saint James Episcopal Church, designed to support your well-being beyond the studio. These classes allow you to move, breathe, and rest at your own pace, in the comfort of your home.
Whether you are new to yoga or have an established practice, Yoga at Home offers a simple and welcoming way to care for your body and mind.
What to Expect
Each Yoga at Home video is thoughtfully guided and includes:

- Opportunities for rest and relaxation
- Clear verbal cues and options for different bodies and energy levels
Classes are designed to be grounding, calming, and supportive — with no prior yoga experience required.

What You’ll Need
- yoga mat or comfortable surface
- Optional props such as a blanket, pillow, or yoga block
- A quiet space where you can move comfortably
All poses are optional, and rest is always encouraged.
A Note on Practice
Yoga at Home is offered as a supportive wellness practice. You are encouraged to listen to your body, move mindfully, and take breaks as needed. These classes are not a substitute for medical care.
