A Sound Sanctuary Yoga Series

Rest & Renewal Amid the Holiday Rush

Golden singing bowls, mallets and burning candles on wooden table

Thursdays, December 3, 10 & 17 | 6:15 - 7:30 PM

Join Sandra Orndorff—sound healer, life coach, and yoga instructor—for an evening designed to help you slow down, settle in, and find a little space during the busyness of the holiday season.

Each 75-minute session begins with 25–30 minutes of gentle restorative yoga, using supported postures to help the body soften and settle. Then transition into about 45 minutes of immersive sound meditation, surrounded by the soothing vibrations of singing bowls, chimes, percussion, voice, and other sound instruments.

Through the healing vibrations of gongs, singing bowls, chimes, percussion and voice, Sandra creates a soundscape that calms the nervous system, eases anxiety and releases layers of held tension. Many find this experience brings a depth of relaxation and renewal that feels both restorative and transformative

No prior yoga or meditation experience is needed. Come as you are, get comfortable, and give yourself the gift of rest and renewal during the Advent season.

Thursdays, December 3, 10 and 17, from 6:15 – 7:30 PM in the Urban Well Yoga Studio located in the lower level at 119 North Duke Street.

$30/session | $75 for all three, or pay as you can by making a donation in Realm.
