Sifu Frank Hollingsworth has been practicing martial arts for fifty years. He has specialized in Tai Chi Chuan for over thirty years of those years. He has his Black Belt from the International Wushu Sanshou Dao Association. He has also trained in the following martial arts: grappling, Shotokan Karate, Wudang Karate, Wing Chun, Judo, Xingyiquan, Bagua, and Aikido. He was awarded 16 top medals in regional, national, and two gold medals in international competitions. He has attended seminars and studied with some of the most well-known Tai Chi masters in the world, some with direct connections to the founder of the Yang Family style. These include Yang Zhen Dao, Yang Jun, Fu Shen Yuan, Yang Jwing Ming, and Shou Yu Liang.
