We are so pleased to share the details of our 275th Anniversary Capital Campaign, Countless Gifts of Love. We have prayed long and hard about how to restore and renovate our historic campus so that we might continue sharing faith, hope and love in the heart of downtown Lancaster for many generations to come.

Our parish has been through many building and renovation projects since 1744, when James Hamilton gave three town lots to the Saint James Parish so a church could be built and a churchyard could be established. Now it is our turn to build on this rich legacy of faith by making crucial and much needed improvements to our campus. We are inviting you to consider joining us in making a three-year financial commitment to the 275th Anniversary Capital Campaign. This commitment is over and above your annual giving to Saint James.

We have all received countless gifts of love through the ministries of Saint James. This campaign will strengthen our ability to continue sharing these gifts with others.

Giving to the Campaign

We are grateful for all gifts to this campaign, whether one-time gifts or pledges over the coming 3 years. Here are the ways you can be in touch about your gift.

  • Download, print and fill out the giving form and either mail back to the parish house or scan and email to the address on the form.
  • Log in to your active Realm account, click Giving and “+ pledge” (add a pledge) and select the 275th Anniversary Capital Campaign, then follow the on-screen prompts. Or to activate your account, email office@saintjameslancaster.org. Then login and follow the steps above.
  • Phone in your gift or pledge to Nicolette Norris at 717.330.5560.
