What is chair yoga?

Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that can be done while sitting. It can improve your flexibility, concentration and strength while boosting your mood and reducing stress and joint strain.

What do I need to do chair yoga?

All you need is a sturdy, well-balanced chair.

Things to keep in mind

Range of motion is different for everyone. We all know our bodies best and if something doesn’t feel good, either modify the pose or avoid doing the pose.
